Permissions
Access Should Match Operational Responsibility.
CueTriad products are designed around controlled access, role separation, and responsible handling of production, post-production, and broadcast operations data. This page describes the intended permissions model for the CueTriad ecosystem.
Workspace-Level Access
Each customer workspace should be controlled by authorised workspace administrators. Those administrators decide who can access the workspace, which product areas they can use, and whether they can invite, edit, publish, export, or only view operational information.
Role-Based Controls
Typical roles include Platform Owner, Workspace Admin, Project Admin, Production Manager, Coordinator, Department Lead, Crew, Client Viewer, and Read-Only User. Product-specific roles may apply inside ShootSlate, FinishCue, and OnAirGrid.
Product Boundaries
ShootSlate, FinishCue, and OnAirGrid may share a parent ecosystem while still maintaining product-specific permissions. A production user should not automatically receive post-production or broadcast control unless a workspace administrator grants that access.
Operational Records
Publishing, email sending, approvals, check-ins, movement orders, handovers, and incident records should maintain traceability so teams can understand who acted, when they acted, and which project or workspace was affected.
International Governance
CueTriad is intended for international media teams. Customers should configure access in line with their internal policies, labour rules, privacy obligations, data retention requirements, and contractual obligations to clients, studios, platforms, and partners.
